Greg Otto

Chief Executive Officer, Seapath

Greg Otto is the CEO of Seapath. Prior to this role, he worked on several maritime entrepreneurial endeavors and before that in various maritime-centric roles at the U.S. Department of State. He is also a U.S. Navy Reserve Officer and holds a valid unlimited tonnage U.S. Coast Guard third officer’s license. Greg is an angel investor and board advisor to Secro, a cross-border trade tech and financing company, and a board of directors member at HarborRock, a sustainable sediment management company. Greg has a B.S. in Intermodal Logistics from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, an M.A. in National Security & Strategy from the U.S. Navy War College, and an Executive MBA from Saïd Business School at Oxford University.


Joshua Lubarsky

Chief Operating Officer, Seapath

Joshua Lubarsky is the COO of Seapath Group. With over 26 years of specialty in risk management, he is an experienced manager of people and programs in the military, federal government, and commercial business. A Colonel in the US Army Reserves, he has also served on active duty and in the National Guard. As a civilian in the federal government, he ensured the success of complex national programs. Joshua graduated from the US Military Academy, holds an MBA from George Washington University, and has earned a Masters of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.


Peter Neave

Executive Vice President, Seapath

Peter Neave is an Executive Vice President of Seapath. Peter brings over thirty years of experience in maritime project development, investment advisory, and tanker consulting. He previously held various positions at brokerage firms Seakbrokers and Charles R. Weber, as well as senior management roles at Atlas Holdings Ltd (HK). In those roles, Peter lived for many years in London and Singapore, where he broadened his global financial network in the maritime and transportation industries. Most recently, in 2013, Peter formed an advisory group with McQuilling Partners for marine business development and special projects and, since 2019, has developed an extensive network and expertise in the burgeoning U.S. offshore wind industry. Peter attended Westminster School. He has a bachelor’s degree in Arts from Hartwick College.


Benson Peretti

Executive Vice President, Seapath

Benson Peretti is an Executive Vice President of Seapath. Prior to Seapath, he spent over 11 years as a senior executive in a leading ship registry where he oversaw commercial, strategy, and operations, as well as international expansion. To start his career, Benson sailed aboard containerships, rising to the rank of Chief Mate. He has also served as an officer in the United States Navy, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Benson is a United States Merchant Marine Academy graduate and has an MBA from the National University of Singapore and the University of California at Los Angeles.

Nicholas Georgiou

Chief Executive Officer, Lomar Shipping

Nicholas Georgiou is the CEO of Lomar Shipping. He began his career in shipping with Golden Union Shipping of Piraeus, Greece in 1995. During his 15 years at Golden Union, a specialist in dry bulk carriers, he gained experience in every aspect of ship ownership and management: chartering, operations, disbursements and ship agency activities. One of his notable achievements was implementing the International Safety Management (ISM) Code across the company. He received his degree from UCL in London.


Phaedra Chrousos

Chief Strategy Officer, Libra Group

Phaedra Chrousos is the Chief Strategy Officer of Libra Group, where she is responsible for a broad portfolio of cross-Group initiatives that allows her and her team to work collaboratively across the Group and its subsidiaries. Her latest mandate is to weave technological innovation, from new use cases to early stage investments, into the Group’s corporate platform, ultimately helping catalyze the uptake of transformative technologies across the world.
